Return & Refund Policy

Tatvivah Trends is a multi-vendor marketplace. Return and refund processes are managed in collaboration with individual vendors while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
Overview
Customers may request a return or refund according to the conditions below. Vendor-specific policies may apply, but they must meet Tatvivah Trends’ minimum standards.
Eligibility for Returns
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product differs significantly from its description.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Intimate wear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
Tatvivah Trends reserves the right to refuse returns, restrict account activity, or suspend accounts in cases of excessive or fraudulent return behavior.
Return Process
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
- Select the item and click Request Return.
- Provide the reason and upload supporting images.
- Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
