Return & Refund Policy

Tatvivah Trends is a multi-vendor marketplace. Return and refund processes are managed in collaboration with individual vendors while maintaining a consistent customer experience.

Overview

Customers may request a return or refund according to the conditions below. Vendor-specific policies may apply, but they must meet Tatvivah Trends’ minimum standards.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product differs significantly from its description.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Intimate wear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

Tatvivah Trends reserves the right to refuse returns, restrict account activity, or suspend accounts in cases of excessive or fraudulent return behavior.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
  2. Select the item and click Request Return.
  3. Provide the reason and upload supporting images.
  4. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled.

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
